Conditions for Return
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unaltered, and with all packaging, cards, dust bags, and accessories included.
- Our security tags (if applicable) must remain attached.
- If the item shows additional wear or damage, we may deduct a reduction in value from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item was incorrectly described or sent in error.
Excluded from Return
- Items explicitly sold as “final sale”
- Vintage or pre-owned items where signs of wear were clearly stated in the product description
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
